    If you already contact the support and try with their help
    You can close your plan and ask a refund prorated

    Quan, if you are unhappy with Fizz simply contact the customer service they will be able to help you out and close everything properly. We are only users on this community.

    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your fizz account.
    Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
