No data on cell phone

Since this morning, I cant connect to have internet in Quebec. I tried removing the sim card and reinserting it, alors restarted the phone and nothing seems to work. I tried to select all the data access point manually but none of them gave me internet access. Not sure what to do now.

Are you able to make calls and text?
If you have an issue only with mobile data, perhaps your APN need to be reset.
If the problem persists, can you test the Fizz SIM with another phone?
If you get the same results on another phone, you will have to contact Fizz support when they are open for business in the morning.11 -

Are you sure ou still have data in your plan ? That could happen when you use it all.
You might need to buy an add-on in this case.
If you still have data, you can try to activate the roaming.
If it still does not work, I suggest you contact Fizz directly to get it resolved.

Hi Benjamin, try restarting your phone and making sure your internet access is working. Otherwise try to contact the support from 8h to 21h.5

I would suggest maybe trying to insert a sim card from someone else and seeing if the internet appears. If it does, contact fizz support.5

Try on an other phone that way you will know if it is your SIM card or your phone your problem4

Hi thank you every one, after testing whit another sim card it seems to be my cell phone. I reseted all network settings on cell phone and it works now. Not sure what happened but thank you!2

Try to upgrade the limit on your phone and check if you mobile data is activated1

Try by restarting the phone, check the APN settings on your phone to make sure if it’s accuracy (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn) check if your account is in good standing and try if you can connect to any partner network (e.g FIZZ EXT). If not you’ll need to get in touch with Fizz by chat during business hours.1
