Trying to book Fizz Installation - choose "July 7" - website says "congrats you are booked for April 7" - ummmmm...

    This is a bug, you must contact the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Sorry, there is a bug.
    Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat to get the good confirmation about the installation of your internet july 7th.
    Chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    then, types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.

    I suggest you contact Fizz directly to get it resolved.
