Hi Jiaxiu,
My internet is up and running. Where are you located?
Try restarting your modem. Are the lights on your modem working well?

If the problem persists, you can contact Fizz support by chat, they are available from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open one of the help links above.
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

Make sure the coaxial cable is well screwed into the modem.
You may also try factory reset of the modem. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds. Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
Otherwise you can search online to see if there are any Videotron outages in your area or if possible, you can check with neighbors. Due to the weather and forest fires, some areas are without electricity (which might be affecting cable internet in your area).5 -
My internet just went down too in parc extension. Modern and router don't seem to be the problem. Any others?4

It's could be an outage, please wait 24 hours to let technician repair the problem.
If not working in 24 hours i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.
