How can I upgrade or downgrade from an Internet plan?

For the downgrade you need to wait the next billing cycle.
For the upgrade it seems that Fizz is allowing this in a day (for accommodating the COVID situation), but the rule is next billing cycle.
To change your plan:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
3- Click on Manage and then Adjust your plan.
4- Use the Plan Wizard to adjust your data, minutes, texts and Calling Options (international calls and voicemail).
5- As you adjust your plan details, you will see your new monthly fee in the box below.
6- When you like what you see, click Save Changes.
7- Changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.

You do it (your change) online.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Choose the new plan
Click on: save change

Your new Fizz internet plan is supposed to be effective the day of your next billing 3.10 -

You can upgrade/downgrade your internet plan from your account dashboard under the section "My Plans" then "Manage" and after "Adjust your plan".

You can modify your internet plan from your account dashboard in the section "My Plans" > "Manage" > "Adjust your plan". The change will be made for your next billing cycle.
