Where is best to get a live update of the service status?

Hi Henry,
Fizz uses Videotron network, so the best way to know if there is an outage is either to get in contact with Fizz support or try to call Videotron support and ask if there is an outage in your sector.

There does not seem to be a network wide issue.

@Fizzy although the link you provided implies status is for all services , there is no way to know if there is an outage for Internet and where it is unless it is major , not even Videotron as such webpage. The only way to know for sure is to contact support, either Fizz or Videotron.
