Activation pending for 5 days? How long time do I have to wait?

I have been waiting an answer of the technical support team for more than 3 days and my fizz account is not working. How much time do I have to wait?

    Did you transfer your number from bell?

    My transfer from fido took 10 minutes

    Strange, but at least one other users has the same problem

    Sorry to give you a bad news, him is the 9th day and he still waiting

    Personally I think that a problem can happen, but been left with out a follow up this is bad

    Personally, from my wife's case, it took around 1 hour to transfer, you definitely need a fizz support team's answer.

    Try again to contact the Fizz customer support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
    Maybe, they will give you good news for the activation of your plan.
