Is it enough to have a 10 Mbps Upload Speed 1.5 Mbps plan for youtube streaming?

If you want to be streamer no, if you want to see a streaming yes

also consider how many devices you will be connected. The more you have the greater bandwidth you need to have the best experience. Nowaday, 30Mbps is like a minimum if you want to use for Youtube, Netflix....8

at this speed it is to low for any of the option you need to go with the faster speed7

10 Mbps is 1.25 MB/seconds. It's possible that you can watch FHD (1080p) video, but possibly limit with FHD 60 fps video.
For the 4K video, it's definitely not sustainable.

I suggest the minimum speed plan for steaming is 15mbs/10mbs.
Il you choose the 30mbs/10mbs, it's better if you hare some users.4 -
Can confirm 30Mbps is the perfect balance for daily usage of Youtube Netflix Internet for its price!
30Mbps Easily accommodate 2 persons and is alright for more.
30Mbps is also recommended by a lot of companies especially gaming ones.
However a single user shouldn't have problem just watching Youtube at 10Mbps.4 -
