You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

If you have an adblocker, make sure you disable it on Fizz website. You can also try contacting them via Facebook messenger - they are pretty responsive.4

To chat with fizz support, you need to click the green bubble chat that will appear on the bottom right of the page and a chat should pop up with your correspondent.1

Then, types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Hi, I had the same issue in the past. Chrome was blocking me the chat, you just need to go in your internet settings to make the adjustment.
