Hello, we would like to open two mobile accounts and one internet account with Fizz. We are presently with videotron and we would like to preserve and transfer our phone numbers. Our contract with them ends in January of 2020. Can you please help us with the opening of our account ? Thank you

Here we are users and Fizz is 100% online, where the majority of the tasks are suppose to be done yourself.

Keep in mind that Fizz support is 100% online, and they do not sell any phones. It's bring your own device prepaid service.
Fizz does not offer any family plan or group discount so you may opt to create a new Fizz account for each mobile line. For each new account you activate by June 15th, both parties can receive the $35 referral credit.
If both mobile plans are currently on the same Videotron account, to avoid any problems, you should transfer the secondary line first, followed then by the primary line.
Currently the maximum speed you can get for Fizz home internet is 120Mbps.
To be sure you do not experience any interruption of home internet service, leave your Videotron internet service running and cancel it only when your Fizz internet is up and running. Once you are satisfied with your Fizz home internet, you can call Videotron during business hours for same day cancellation of their internet service.
