Cleanup of videotron cables

Can I ask the guys who is going to install Fizz to do a full cleanup of the existing setup? I think there is like five different cables going all around my triplex on the outside, most of them cut or non functional. Also there is a grey box on one wall really not ideally located. Best would be to have it at the back of the house.

    For sure you can ask, but I am also sure that is going to do only the installation, with the COVID situation they will try to speed as little as possible time on site

    In this period of covid, i dont think the technician willdo this clean up of cables.
    He will only do the basic installation for you.
    Maybe if you are there with the technician the day of your installation, ask about it.
