Ive been with Fizz since September of 2019 but i didn't get my dinosaur badges for 1 and 6 months. How and where can I get them?

You must ask for them and contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 to get them.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:
https:// fizz.cChata/en/faq/resolving-issues
Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.5
