Modem has been offline ,restarted couple times, however does't work.

You can contact the support to see if they have more informations, support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Where are you situated? It's likely a ISP problem in your area, so I'd recommend chatting with customer support (they're available everyday from 8 AM to 9 PM):

I think there an outage in your sector. Wait at least 24 hours to let the technician repair the problem or if the problem is not resolved after 24 hours i suggest you to contact directly a fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!
