I suddenly lost network and I've rebooted and factory reset the modem.
Anyone having the same issue?

Wait at least 24 hours! and if problem not resolved just contact fizz by facebook or by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard!4

Issue was resolved this morning. It was an issue with the ISP around our neighborhood. It got fixed. Thanks for all the replies!3
