Activation pendind since yesterday, is it normal?

Create my account 24hours ago. But still no service on my phone and my account is showing "activation pending"

Did you try the sim in your phone?

I think , it's not normal.
You should contact the Fizz support service by chat to get answer about your plan still not functionnal.
To join them by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00):
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then , types this adress:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz team.8 -
Restart my phone multiple times, also I did try the sim on another phone but the sim is not allowing access to fizz network8

Hi Akram,
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

The best thing to do in this case is to contact support, i think community will not be helpfull for you. To contact the support you can click the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by a easiest method: Fizz on facebook !
