Can someone finally answer the chat? I have been waiting for an hour without response for a personal problem with my account.

Normally, it's not so long to get the chat from Fizz.
Please, try this option:
To get the chat from Fizz without proble when it's available (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a new window and open any help page:
https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.
PS: be sure to desactivate the ad blocker of your browser.3 -

Apparently you can also contact Fizz via there Facebook page chat. Maybe you will be luckier this way...3 -
If you don’t hear back from the site chat, try contacting them via messenger. That’s what I’ve done previously and I always get a reply within a few hours.2

Regarding the chat bubble occurrence, you need to meet certain conditions to be able to see it on your device. You can find all the details available on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us. There is also a possibility that the number of requests will surpass our processing capability and the chat bubble will not be visible at some point in time.
