No fizz does not have the esim support at this time, you can only share you mobile connection with Bluetooth or wifi with your watch11

No ESim is currently not supported by Fizz and there is no plan for it to be add in the short time11

At the moment Fizz’s users can’t take iWhatch With an esim.
We expected it will be available soon. The answer are in Fizz mangers hands.
