Problem creating account with fizz?

I am trying to create an account for my father, but it's been 2 days that i get an "Erreur please try again" message after filling up name, email, password form when creating a new account... anyone know why?

Hello Ari,
If you are receiving the error "There was an error, please try again later". I suggest you delete your cookies and cache memory from your current browser, then try to reset the password for your account, it may have been created and you are trying to redo the creation, therefore the system blocked it for you.
When you are resetting the password, make sure you choose a different one from the original password.
