Anybody have the same experience?
I used my phone to call clients while delivery. Sometimes, people did not answer. Of course, it may be they did not hear it; or they did not want to answer. However, when I asked the store to call them, clients answered immediately. Is it possible that the client's phone does not ring because of potential issue of Fizz? I used this phone almost every day to tell clients when delivery arrived. I realized this happen frequently. Anybody has the same experience?

Do you have the option the hide your number activated?
You know fizz does not send a callers id, therefore, the client receive only the number, personally I do not pickup if I do not know the number12 -
You can usually hit *67 to hide your number, but Fizz does not seem to support it.10

I've never had this happen to me. Maybe update the name on your caller ID. I'd be more inclined to answer from a store than a stranger.10

I don't think hiding your number is a good option.
Many people have option to reject anonymous calls : meaning it does not even ring on their phone.
My suggestion is to let your client know your phone number in the order (if possible) so they will answer your calls.11
