Issues making or receiving calls

Hello everone,
Anyone noticing issues making or receiving calls? It seems to be dependent on which "FIZZ Network" I am registered to. If I am on FIZZ EXT I am unable to receive calls. The person calling me gets a french recording stating that they are unable to connect the call. If I switch to register on to a FIZZ then they can call me but when I dial out I am unable to make the call, get a message saying the call cannot be completed at this time (English).
This seems to have started when COVID-19 quarantine ramped up so I assume that it may be network congestion. Really disappointed with FIZZ support as they are trying to tell me it is my phone. It worked fine on the network for the first couple of months. Already rebooted the phone with support and re-entered the APN network information.
Reaching out to see if anyone else is noticing the issue and if just changing the networks manually and praying it works for the day is the solution?
Love the FIZZ model but if the network is unable to handle the traffic then I will have to find another provider.

Constantly having the same issue! Cant be the phone I have the newest Iphone and Im right near my patio door so I have full connection.
Just had a conferance call where I was hosting get dropped and I cant dial out at times!6 -

I find that if you can't dial out that turning off the LTE and going to 3g helps. Or try manually picking another network. Been having luck with the FIZZ EXT networks. Thanks for confirming my suspicions.7 -

If you switched to the 3g netwook temporarily, it will help.

That is what I have been doing in the meantime, which is why I suggested it to Gianni. Just wanted to confirm that others were having the same issue or if FIZZ is able to resolve the issue. My guess is it is due to the extra load on the network due to more people using their cell phones to communicate and meet.6 -
Read the same type of comment on Fizz sub-reddit. I think this is due to a lot of people working from home and therefore causing major demand on cell network. So, I do not think it is a Fizz specific issue...5
