cant call 1-8xx numbers?

I cant get through to any 1-8xx numbers. I didn't think that it was my line at first, been having this issue for 2 weeks. I thought the numbers I was calling were just busy because of what's going on in the world.. This is a serious matter - NO, YOUR FAQ's have NOT answered any of my questions. Please don't send me a link to it as other technicians have in the previous messages. I need an answer / solution ASAP. I cant contact Canada Revenue for my lay off and its going to prevent me from receiving a check from them until I can reach them.

    Contacte the support, since you are not the first one with this problem

    Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
    .
    - Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
    - The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    - Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

    Just keep calling till you get thru it work after 3rd time trying
    till they solve the issue

    FYI: I have Fongo app installed on my iPhone just in case I need to call and Fizz network does not work. It is a VOIP app so uses wifi or data, allows incoming and outgoing calls free within Canada. You can receive texts, but not send any (unless you pay).
