I won't help you because of your language. Have a nice day! :-)6

1. Watch you language.
2. I reported your post.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Go to, to see payment option: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use (credit card only)
5. Wait about 15 seconds to see the chat bubble in the bottom right corner on the previous web page to be able to chat with them.
6. More info on how to contact them: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us6 -
I understand this situation can be frustrating.
Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses processing capacity. If that happens, send Fizz support a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.4 -
Hi Rene,
We are users just like you. As a result, I cannot give you a reason why you’re having issues with your banking payment towards FIZZ.
.
Therefore, I highly encourage you to contact FIZZ by doing the following:
.
———————————————————
Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connected, login first.
~Their business hours are : 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST). (Every Day)
~Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. If you happen to have issues with that, I recommend you try using another browser (E.g. Google, etc)
.
~If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses FIZZ’s processing capacity. If that happens, send them a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
.
Sometimes, the chat bubble may not appear because of an AdBlocker.
.
When chatting with them, I would recommend you use an acceptable vocabulary as they’re just trying to help you.
.
With that said, take care!
