I keep losing the service and getting a No SIM. I tried to restart my phone. I aslo tried to power off and restard my phone instead. I tried removing the SIM card on multiple accounts but it keeps happening multiple times a day. I had other SIMs before and its the first time it does that. My phone is a Huawei P20 Pro. I think the SIM is broken. I just activated it on the 15th so its been just over a week and I lost the service over 15 times already.

If the contact on the SIM are not damage, did you try the SIM in an other phone?
Contact the support they probably send a new SIM
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
.
- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.4 -

Can you send a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter to Fizz? Sometimes refreshing https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues can help too.2

Hello Mikaela,
Did this issue start to occur recently or it has been happening since you've subscribed to our services? The second phone you tested with was also used before with a Fizz sim card? For us to make further trouble shooting along with you, please reach us by chat or Facebook Messenger. To reach us by chat, please go on a FAQ such as:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
The chat bubble should appear on the bottom right corner.
Have a good day.
