Why is my service Not working even when my bill payments have been met?

I paid my bill and I’ve received an email confirmation and my account updated me that the payment went through. It also said that my services would be reinstated. However I can’t send texts or make calls.

    After a payment has been made after an interruption of payment it can take a few hours to get effective your mobile plan.
