Now, I want to cancel my plan with you as I cannot find customer service to talk to about the problem with transfer of my number. What is the quickest way to cancel?

I usually have trouble finding the bubble on the website, but when I go on their Facebook page I have no trouble. Have you tried that? Because I was annoyed at first but since the prices are so great I had to find another solution.17

Once, my dad was at a hospital while my wife had surgery so I needed my phone for updates but my line wasn’t working. It was because Fizz failed to take the money from my account which was clearly there and it took a day and a half for it to work ! My family had to reach me but couldn’t. I was becoming aggressive and I wanted to smash a sledgehammer at something. There is nothing that they could do because it took them a lot of time to respond for something that was simple. I understand how you feel. If you get a better deal, take it. If you don’t then stay.15

Mike’s answer is hands down very complete.
If you still need help, you can always try writing them a review on Google explaining yourself issue as I believe that they tend to respond pretty quickly.
Also, you should be able to cancel you plan on your own in the profile page;
•Go on your profile page
• Once there, click on the My Plans section
•You should see your plan, scroll down until you see manage plan, then click on it.
•You will have a list of options, toward the end, select unsubscribe.
• Follow the rest of the procedure.
