Have you applied refferal bonus of$25 each to new account of my daughter I have reffered and activated 7 days ago ?

Remember the 25$ are applied after the 2nd payment

Have you receivent an email and a sms about Referral code from Fizz?
Normally, you can see it by ourself but it doesnt work for the moment, (another bug).
Connect you to your account,
Click on: My profile
Click on: Referral Codes
You will see all the details about thoses who are received and thoses still unreceived.12 -
First of all this is a user forum and not the support.
you can find all your referrals in your profil you have a section called referral bonuses you can see the bonuses that are available they will be release after two months
if the bonuses do not show up there it could be that the person you referred did not put in the referral correctly13 -
Not sure I understand the question. However, I have noticed some irregularities in my referral bonuses (I track them myself in an Excel file) and raised a ticket with Fizz Technical Team.9

This is second time in me being Fizz customer
and NOT getting refferal bonus for new customer I brought in ?? Fizz refferal program is simply not working because Fizz is making all kinds of excusses just not to give me my refferal bonus !!! That is my experience !!! Fizz people please feel free to contact me directly if you have any remorse to fix this and make it work for me ! Very dissapointed ! Thank You .9 -

Just checked my referral bonuses page. Everything is fine.

If the person who used your referral code stay with Fizz 2 months, you will automatically receive the $25 credit on your bill after this person’s second of being client. The $25 accumulate if you get many but you don’t have to do anything to get the credit on your bill. All automatic!
Also, when this person used your code, she/he has to make sure to clic on the green arrow to validate the code. Once they activate their services you will receive an email or sms.0
