The mobile infrastructure is on Videotron. Your speed should be as fast and reliable as Videotron's network (or its partners when you are roaming - which is often Rogers mobile)

Fizz offers LTE speed it all depends on your location and how far you are from their antenna further away the slower the speed where I am located it give me around 5mb of download speed

You can download app to test de speed limit if you want to but it's speed enough to watch video online. It's only depend on the power of your signal, i.e. where you are. If you are in the wood, it will be slow but in town it will be fine.11

Even though others claim it is videotron exactly, I find speed and priority of data is different. I have other devices on VT and anecdotally experience better throughput. YMMV.4

my speedtest on Fizz's LTE has an average of 47Mbps Download and 8Mbps Upload in Montreal area4

LTE, I don't see the difference with Rogers (new to fizz as of february). As fast sincerely.2
