I change the internet plan to a faster one, but it remains at the previous speed.
I have already followed the instruction here (reboot the modem).
What should I do next?

If you changed the plan 48 hours before the new billing cycle and you are in the new billing cycle, contact the support

Did you check the speed with the application?

Or Check the speed with a computer connected with the ethernet cable to the modem

If you checked the speed with the wifi (without using the application) the speed can be limited by the WiFi

Any changes you make to your Home Internet plan will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.

To make sure, you can run a speed test using https://www.speedtest.net/

You should also validate with Fizz Support that the change has been completed on thier side.

You need to wait for the beginning of your new cycle.
all changes are effective in the beginning of the cycle.
If anything, you will need to contact fizz. and ask them for a ticket number to be able to follow up.
