If you changed the plan 48 hours before the new billing cycle and you are in the new billing cycle, contact the support
Did you check the speed with the application?
Or Check the speed with a computer connected with the ethernet cable to the modem
If you checked the speed with the wifi (without using the application) the speed can be limited by the WiFi
Any changes you make to your Home Internet plan will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
