Did you try to put the SIM in a different phone to be sure that is not an hardware problem8

The suggestion of Mike is good.
Try to install your sim card in another phone.
Ask to someone you know.
You will see if the qualify of the voice is better on this other phone
Or if it's the sim card, the problem11 -
I also came across poor voice quality. Ended up being my friend on a different network, and using a crappy headset to boot. Try different calls. Try calling different numbers and see what you get. I use some 800 numbers for testing whether their automated system comes our clear.10

I have iPhone 8 and since I have been with Fizz I haven’t had people complain about call quality whereas With a different carrier with the same phone I consistently had people complain that they couldn’t understand me.8

If it is constantly the same issue (on different locations, different time of day etc, I would suspect it's your phone that may have an issue with the speaker.
Try using a headset or earphones to make or receive a call

If you are using a headset that could be the problem. It might also be that you have bad reception where you are placing these calls. It could also be your phone. I sometimes have to restart my phone because the person on the other end can hear me but I don't hear anything,7

Thanks for your answers. As I would use another SIM by this phone and I didn't have any problems, it might not the phone malfunction. I also tried another phone, but the voice isn't still clear as it is expected.7

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you tried switching/changing your network mode to LTE or 3G to see if there is any change?
If you have VoLTE enabled on your phone settings, you should disable it. Perhaps you may want to share your phone dialer settings as others here may offer you some more suggestions.
Is the voice quality bad at a specific location or everywhere you go? It could be a network issue. You can contact Fizz support to open a ticket to have them take a look.

Can you check your apn settings on your phone?
Are you on FIZZ or FIZZ EXT?
Maybe you re connected to the wrong cell because of bad config?1 -
Maybe the place where you are when the call are made : in some place, the signal is very bad.. it depends on the power of the signal unfortunatly0
