Data Usage definitely not right, how to solve?

Following my previous question and thank you for all the previous help got from here, but I found I could not reply under my question, but have to start a new topic.
Please see the attached two photos I got, the daily usage for today definitely not matching with mine on photo. And I never found the "Chat" bubble appearing anytime when I'm looking for help!
I really thought FIZZ too complicated to be used and so disappointed!

First, open a session and access to your fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this adress:

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

This seems very odd. Are you sure that the parameters for data use on your phone is for today (the full day)?
Have you compared with the data used for each application on your phone for today?
Is it possible your phone has dual-SIM and you are looking at the second SIM?
Do you have multiple plans on your account where the data would be from another plan?

I also having doubt to compare data usage in my Fizz account with the one on my iPhone: huge discrepancy.
Easy today, this is my first day of my billing period, see :6 -

First check that you are phone is not acting as a hotspot. Also disable application updates which are automatic and done over LTE. Having said that, the amount of daily data is quite unusual, and contacting Fizz directly would be a good idea.3
