Voicemail not picking up

My voicemail does not pick up when the phone is off or I don't answer. I can access my voicemail to listen to old messages and my PIN works. But no one can leave messages anymore.

First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this adress:

Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

Probably you modified the call forward

Please make sure that your voicemail is not filled up. You may have to remove an old message and verify if you will be able to receive a new one if so. For more about this, please also take a look at:
