Can't connect my data I have an umidgi I did everything they said but still don't work what I do wrong? The messages that are supposed to have never came and I try many times

Contact support by going to https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Please, check your APN settings on your phone (Data works with that).4 -

Could you please remove all your current apn config files from your phone's settings and create a new one with name Fizz and have it configured as it is presented on the link:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
If the issues still persists, please try switching the order at APN Type to default,supl,MMS instead of the one presented on the page. If it still does not work, please contact us directly to assist you further, by chat or Facebook Messenger.

You can reboot your phone and if that doesn’t work, try to look at your cellular settings. Try removing the SIM card and re inserting it1
