Corroption?
i buy my plan with coverage call to the US and calling in the USA in first month that fizz opened . .i asked fizz to fix it 5 months ago , half of time they answer me that its fixed or they keek answering me that they will send it to the technical team. but my broblem that i cannot call to the usa or cannot call in the usa is not working , just local canada is working , they charge me monthly for canada usa

I guess your only option would be communicating your problem to the crtc.2

Maybe, your only solution to obliged Fizz to correct the problem you are expeciencing;

If it doesn't work for all those months, ask for a refund. You shouldn't be paying for a service that you are not receiving.2
