Fizz does not sell phones, so it was likely a fraud. If you want to cancel Fizz, then contact them directly. We are a users group here.5

Yes you might have been the victim of a particular fraud called phishing. This is when a fraudulent source pretends to be a refutable company in order to take your personal information. Later, you might be victim to identity theft so the best thing is to do contact Equifax.6

You’re talking of Post Canada and you want to cancel your membership with Fizz? You know there’s no link between the two of them. Maybe it’s Post Canada who delivered you Fizz SIM card but that’s all. Be careful of those emails you receive, fraudsters make you believe they are from Post Canada, Amazon, Costco etc. Make sure it really comes from them before giving your informations.7

yes, you can cancel your subscription, but what's the relationship between poste canada and fizz?2

Yes seems to be a fraud.2

What does Canada post promising you an iphone have to do with Fizz? How would you ever think that is legit anyway? But yes you can cancel.1
