To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Glad to see that the issue seems to be sorted out. Payment issues can be concerning since a failure will result in services being suspended, and taking time to restore them.
It would be good to know what the "maximum number of credit cards" refers to, so that problems can be avoided.8 -
Easier way, my profile - contact us. - submit complain -- " please remove the maximum credit card restrictions"
