If Mike’s suggestions doesn’t work, contact the support for an answer. I personally communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.

Find the model number of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    Look in Settings
Go to Settings > General > About. To the right of Model, you'll see the part number.
To see the model number, tap the part number.
then Find the iPhone that’s right for your country or region.
