I cannot make any calls, everytims it says "Outgoing calls barred".
All my APN setting are correct. Using an Adroid S8+

Are you making local calls?
If you make international calls there is an option to your panel to block them7 -
You need to contact Fizz8

Are you on a Fizz or Fizz EXT network?8

You may have call barring enabled on your phone (perhaps by accident)
Which phone do you have? On android phones, you can change it on your phone settings.
If you are making international calls, those calls can be barred on your mobile plan.
To change it, logon your Fizz account.

Do you live outside Ottawa and Quebec? If you've been using your phone for more than 3 months out of those areas your access to fizz will be stopped.7
