Fizz as recurring payments ?

Hello,
I set my account to be automatically paid every month, however my bank statement does qualify Fizz as recurring payment. I don't get why?
Can Fizz look into this issue

    I think they can take the payment into bank account but im not sure and how to do it.

    I would communicate with them by messenger to get the answer, that’s what works best for me.

    Fizz is a prepaid service. It's not considerate a recurrent payment.

    Are you talking about Tangerine? Ya I had the same problem. I was expecting 2% but got 0.5%

     

    For those saying that Fizz is prepaid, I only have Fizz for internet so that is not the issue. All my other providers were considered recurring so I don't know what's up with Fizz.

    Not Tangerine but Scotia, but apparently it is a prepaid that is automatically made every month..
