Haven't seen any posts regarding this issue for the past month and unfortunately it is still an issue.
I tried to get one from Microsoft last night and get got it.
Contacted the support chat from Fizz today, and they confirmed this is still an on-going issue

I do not know for Microsoft, but in November I saw a post with the same problem for the BMO10

I don't know why certain short codes work and others don't. Maybe those that work are in fact regular SMS.8

Hence why wanted to post as the last thread I saw was from over a month ago.
Also, the support representative mentioned there was no ETR, as of yet8 -

Air Canada, Amazon, Airbnb, Desjardins, Koho, Paypal and many others works well. It may have some hiccups here and there but I had no problem since months on my side.5

I don't have this issue anymore since and i tried Microsoft.
Make sure your APN is well configured.

One Drive is working and it's Microsoft. In fact it never was a issue in my case since last March.0
