Hot spot still not working?

My mobile hot spot won't turn on. It won't let me enter dun either... My mobile data is working fine, but I can't turn on my hot spot.

Hey zoe, look at your APN settings. If you have an android phone you can modify them in your settings. Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl

if the above did not work, Try to toggle the Airplan mode off and then on, hard restart your iphone, reset network setting in General3

In order to use the tethering you need to be sure that in the APN type the DUN is present4 -
What phone are you using?4

I'm using tethering almost every day on my samsung and the only parameter in my APN is 'INTERNET'
So i think it's a try and test situation.
