Probably it is due to the weather situation, you can try to reboot the modem, but I really believe that it is linked with the weather.
Can be a power line problem or a videotron cable.

Hydroquebec has alot of problem in your area therefore probably it is that the problem with the internet6 -

All good, came back online an hour later. Heard from neighbours that their service (Videotron) was down too. Seeing it's the same line (Videotron & Fizz) it makes sense.5

There is a big problem with the weather throughout Quebec right now, it's probably the main problem.7
