Do we have a billing statement for free month?

Hi, this month I have a free month with the referral discount. I remember before even if we don't have to pay for the month we still getting a statement indicating the discount and the zero total. I don't see any statement for my last billing cycle. Did Fizz change something to the web service so if the month is free there will be no statement? Did someone notice that?

You should continue to see a bill for every month.
When was your renewal?
I just checked mine. I see Fizz is having display issues possibly due to the new year 2020.
It probably means more people are affected and Fizz will apply a fix soon.
Feel free to contact Fizz support if you are concerned about it.

Hey J,
You should always receive a statement as long as your plan is active and in good standing, even if you do not need to pay anything for the next month. As @Fizzy mentioned, we do have a UI issue with the transaction history at the moment that will soon be fixed.

In the past I believe I saw it but as I check now I don't see my December statement. And all my older statements don't have any details, they just say "_shortcode.RECURRING_PAYMENT"6

My billing cycle is on the 4th. Yes, I got "_shortcode.RECURRING_PAYMENT" in my transaction history...I assume this is the UI issue. Thanks for the clarification.5
