Cell reception in never stable, why?

I see the signal sign on my Samsung A20 (Up to date android) goes black which is not registered on network at all! then goes back again to FIZZ, many many times a day (When I am at home at St-Laurent and outdoor).
That causes failed call receiving, when someone call me, goes to voicemail when I am ready to pick up the call!
I receive an SMS told me there is a new voice message, I call the voicemail and surprised with (Not registered on network) message!
That has happened many many times, And I am sure there is no problem with my phone because it is dual SIM and I have another SIM from another carrier and it is perfect.
Please help!

I would try letting your contacts know that you might not be reachable for a few hours... then remove the non Fizz sim and restart. Then have a friends call you at a predetermined time. If the problem persists then make sure your phone is set to select the provider tower Automatically. Restart the phone and make sure your carrier data is updated. There are walk throughs on this site. If it still persists then your must be in a blind spot for a Fizz/ shared tower. Try going for a drive and see if it improves away from home.
I doubt that is is the duel sim but best to get that out of the way first.
It is probably a network setting if your other sim works well.

The best way to resolve this is to speak with a representative while on your phone to send them screenshots at the same time.5

As Aaron told you probably you are in the blind spot or a phone with some problems.
I am using my phone in Montreal without any problem in the car.
The only problem that I got was in the US but in the middle of nowhere I got the same problem with US carrier.5 -

I am not really sure about it since I don't own it but it might be a problem with your phone since I've read a lot of reviews about your model (A20) complaining about the same issue you have on different networks.3
