Why does my account say i have no data and no minutes left? My month just started over. I also just transferred my wife over to Fizz and it says she has nothing left

    No, this is not the same thing as the typical browser cache issue.
    We have tried on 4 browsers and on mobile browsers.
    With and without private/incognito.
    Other members are having the same issue.
    This time, the issue is their servers.
    I'm sure they will take care of it

    There was a problem with the website reported in another message. Perhaps it is related. Seems to be resolved now though.
