Can you explain? What do you mean with it does not work.
Did you activated with your new plan, or you added later on.
If you added later on, did you wait the next billing cycle?

I'd try restarting your phone, taking your sim in and out, and messaging them via messenger to try and debug it.
Can anyone leave a voicemail after they call you btw?3 -

It was an add on, waited the billing cycle and was activated dec 24. When you call my number it goes to some message,saying, could not find your voicemail,blah blah blah3
