If I gift a perk that expire in a couple of days, will that person receive that perk with the expiration date I had, or he/she will have 90 days to use it?

When you send a perk is as you moved it, therefore, it will have the same expiration date
The only limitation that it cannot be gifted again
When you apply it the perk is a normal data with an expiration of 30 days5 -

When you give you data, they have the same life has they are supposed in your plan.
Those of your data are coming from your monthly plan,.
Then, those data have a maximum life of 90 days.
You cannot give them again.
They are used for yourself only.3
