Definitively contact your bank. It may be an issue on FIZZ end.
It is best to talk to your bank directly and document such thing before fizz as a protection.
However make sure you have talked to your family members in case someone used your card.10 -

They charged you as soon as you are ordered it. I think like Fling.
Don't worry,
Your bill will start the day you'll receveive your modem.
I've been charged like you for the internet as soon as I order it.
Check with customer's Fizz service.
