Is it a Canadian credit card?

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card (including prepaid), or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted.
If you are not able contact the support
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Make sure that addresses coincide with what you have on fizz. Down to the minute detail10

First step is to add a new payment method (Visa, Mastercard or Visa debit) in the profile. Go to My profile -> Payment methods -> Add payment method.
Second step is to associate the newly added card with a plan. Go to My plans -> Manage plan -> Payment methods and click on the newly added card. Then you can delete the old card from your profile.10 -

Were you able to update the payment method on your account? While adding a card on the account, please make sure that section for billing address you fill in has the same information as it shows on the bank statement.
