Payment vs Update Payment
Cartridge

Hello, I've been using this service for a while and I like it. 2 days ago, It asked me to update my card details. Which I did before the actual date of my plan cycle and made that card the default. On the 5th. The internet shut down twice. Making me think (it failed on the first card which I indicated the 2nd card to be default) but then the internet came back on. I thought the payment went through. Funniest thing is I was 100% sure the payment went through since I had internet 1 day after end of payment cycle (5th is end). Now this morning I wake up to no internet and no button that says "Make monthly payment". What do I do now?

The button just showed up. Why is it inconsistent? I checked with at least 4 different browsers on my phone (all had request desktop site on) and then I made a mobile hotspot to check on my computer and the button was still not there! Now that I have contacted help the button then appears? What the? It's fine now, I received a text saying it has updated my internet and everything is alright. What I now want to know is why that button is so inconsistent?7

Can you verify if a payment really went through?
Either way, I think you’ll need to contact support, unfortunately7 -
Yes the payment went through and everything is in working order. My question now is why the "Make monthly payment" button so inconsistent. It's there when it feels like it. The button should be there when "any" kind of payment fails. Regardless of anything else.
--EDIT--
Yes the transaction went through....ON THE 6TH? We're the 7th now. That's much weird.
In my internet transaction history it states the payment was taken on the 6th.7 -
I agree that the behaviour seems inconsistent. You might want to double-check that all is well with the transaction payments in your account (go to My Plans > Transaction History). And you might want to drop a line to support to get more details: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us (or via your online Fizz account in My Profile > Contact Forms).10
